WHAT THIS WEBSITE STORES.

Your basket, selected product variants and quantities are saved in your browser’s local storage so the basket can remain available when you return. Your cookie preference is also stored locally. These records do not include your event form details or newsletter address.

You can remove basket items or clear this site’s data through your browser settings. Local basket data stays on that browser until it is changed or cleared. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

EVENT AND CONTACT ENQUIRIES.

The event form prepares an email draft on your device. Filling it in does not send it to us. When you choose to send the email through your email provider, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address and event requirements.

We use enquiry details to answer your questions and discuss the arrangements you request. This supports steps you ask us to take before an order and our legitimate interest in handling general correspondence. Please only include information needed for your enquiry; do not send guests’ medical histories or personal details.

EMAIL SERVICES AND RETENTION.

Emails you send are handled through your email provider and the services used to operate our mailbox. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and any resulting arrangements or record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

NEWSLETTER AND PAYMENTS.

Newsletter registration is not active. The current form does not transmit or save your email address. We will update this notice before activating registration, including how subscriptions are managed and how to unsubscribe.

Online checkout is not connected and this website does not collect payment-card details. Payment and service-provider information will be updated before online payments are introduced.

You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correction or deletion, or to ask about restricting or objecting to its use. These rights depend on the circumstances. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
